M-Commerce Corporation is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager (Creator Management) to join our growing team in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of managing and nurturing relationships with our network of content creators and brand partners.
As the Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our creator ecosystem, ensuring the overall health and sustainable growth of brand relationships. You will work closely with both creators and brands to develop strategic partnerships, drive engagement, and maximize campaign performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key content creators and brand partners to ensure long-term success
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize creator content and brand collaborations
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align creator strategies with overall business objectives
- Identify and recruit new high-potential creators to expand the brand partnership network
- Negotiate contracts and partnership terms that benefit both creators and the organization
- Serve as the primary escalation point for creator concerns, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction
- Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging creator economy opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, creator partnerships, or influencer marketing
- Proven track record of managing multiple client or creator accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator economics, and digital marketing trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and performance reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Familiarity with the Philippine digital landscape and e-commerce ecosystem is a plus
