We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Key Account Manager to join Dwi Cermat Indonesia. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key brand partners and store-level stakeholders within the competitive electronics and furniture sectors. You will be responsible for driving business growth by managing high-value relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful acquisition and retention of retail accounts.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture daily relationships with key brand stakeholders and store-level contacts to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Execute sales plans to maximize revenue and market share within the assigned electronic and furniture categories.
- Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and support promotional activities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address challenges, and align on future goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development, preferably within the electronics or retail FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and market data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events.
