Tigaraksa Satria is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to spearhead the growth of our new HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) channel. This is a strategic role designed for an ambitious sales professional looking to make a significant impact in the food and beverage distribution sector. You will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with high-value clients across the Bekasi region and beyond.

As our HORECA Key Account Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our extensive product portfolio and the evolving needs of the hospitality industry. You will be tasked with identifying market opportunities, negotiating high-level agreements, and ensuring our brand remains the preferred partner for premium HORECA establishments. If you have a proven track record in consultative sales and a passion for driving business expansion in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the HORECA market in the assigned territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery and product availability.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and progress updates for senior management.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and tastings to influence procurement decisions.
  • Negotiate pricing, volume discounts, and service level agreements to optimize profitability.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales within the F&B or HORECA industry.
  • Strong existing network of contacts within the hospitality sector in Indonesia.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales planning, territory management, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet ambitious sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and visit sites.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English is preferred.
