Are you a high-energy professional with a passion for the food-tech industry? We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) - Associate to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the growth and success of our Merchant Organization within the GrabFood ecosystem.

As a KAM Associate, you will report directly to the National KAM and be responsible for cultivating long-term partnerships with our key merchants. You will analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategic initiatives to improve merchant operations, service quality, and overall revenue. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key restaurant partners to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.
  • Analyze merchant performance data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Execute strategic account plans to increase order volume, improve customer experience, and maximize merchant profitability.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Product to support merchant campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to track progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new high-value merchants to ensure a seamless integration into the GrabFood platform.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, preferably in e-commerce or F&B tech.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
