Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth for heavy equipment portfolios.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, fostering long-term professional relationships.
  • Conduct professional presentations and technical consultations to address complex client operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts within the heavy industry sector.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for executive leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the Heavy Equipment, Construction, or Mining industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and hitting annual sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of heavy machinery technical specifications and operational applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and project managers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
