We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead our strategic expansion within the Modern Trade sector, specifically focusing on major Minimarket chains in Tangerang and surrounding areas. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with key decision-makers and ensuring our products achieve optimal visibility and sales performance.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the FMCG retail landscape, a proven track record in account management, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable sales strategies. You will manage the end-to-end relationship, from planning and negotiation to execution and performance review, ensuring we meet and exceed our revenue targets.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales volume and revenue targets for assigned Minimarket chains.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, category managers, and buyers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal sales data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Negotiate annual agreements, trade terms, and promotional activities to ensure maximum ROI and product shelf-share.
  • Monitor and optimize product availability, distribution levels, and in-store execution via close collaboration with the trade marketing and sales operations teams.
  • Prepare regular business reviews and sales forecasts to ensure internal alignment and goal attainment.
  • Resolve account-specific operational issues, including logistics, invoicing, or inventory discrepancies, in a timely manner.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Minimarket business model and retail operational processes in Indonesia.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, CRM software).
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and sales execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel for business purposes as required.
