Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients in the financial services sector.
- Acquire new non-merchant commercial accounts to expand the portfolio.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct contract negotiations and manage renewals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in key account management or sales within financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian.
