Asia Prima Konjac is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Key Account Representative to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, tasked with driving sales growth by managing and expanding our key Modern Trade accounts across the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic account planning, executing sales initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities to strengthen our market presence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key Modern Trade clients and stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account management.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth product replenishment and effective in-store displays.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the modern trade sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade Sales.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market and modern trade dynamics in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle high-pressure environments.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for field visits in the Tangerang/Banten area.
