Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for key accounts in garment/textile industries
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong relationships with purchasing managers
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts with corporate clients
- Collaborate with technical team to deliver product demonstrations and solutions
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies quarterly
- Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless delivery of sewing machinery solutions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in B2B sales with capital equipment experience
- Fluent Mandarin language skills (written and spoken)
- Proven track record in garment/textile industry sales
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Ability to travel across Semarang, Jakarta, and Bandung regions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
