In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts within modern markets and specialized baby shops, ensuring our premium food products achieve optimal shelf visibility and sales performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and develop key accounts in Modern Trade channels, specifically focusing on baby shops and modern markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies and promotional plans.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets consistently.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and store managers to ensure high product availability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and inventory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and store layout guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, specifically within Modern Trade channels.
- Strong knowledge of the baby product and food industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
