In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts within modern markets and specialized baby shops, ensuring our premium food products achieve optimal shelf visibility and sales performance. We are looking for a candidate who is deeply familiar with the FMCG industry landscape and possesses a keen eye for emerging market trends that drive consumer behavior. As part of our collaborative team, you will cultivate strong, long-term relationships with retail partners, execute strategic sales plans, and analyze market data to optimize our market share. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and develop key accounts in Modern Trade channels, specifically focusing on baby shops and modern markets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to formulate effective sales strategies and promotional plans.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets consistently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and store managers to ensure high product availability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and inventory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards and store layout guidelines.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, specifically within Modern Trade channels.
  • Strong knowledge of the baby product and food industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
