Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and retail strategy? PT. ONE METER INDONESIA is looking for a dynamic Key Account Staff to join our team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing our Modern Trade accounts, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sustainable business growth.
As a Key Account Staff, you will serve as the primary bridge between our company and key retail partners. You will be responsible for maintaining strong professional relationships, analyzing sales data to identify trends, and implementing strategies that maximize product visibility and turnover. We are looking for an individual who is not only proactive in solving challenges but also possesses the analytical mindset required to thrive in a fast-paced Modern Trade environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
- Execute and coordinate promotional activities and in-store merchandising initiatives.
- Ensure high levels of product availability and shelf presence through effective stock replenishment monitoring.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market insights for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments (supply chain, marketing, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and account service.
- Address and resolve any account-related inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Account management, or similar sales/retail roles.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, pro-active, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel within the assigned territory if required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
