Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide expert technical sales support by effectively communicating the value proposition of Valmetās advanced technological solutions.
- Proactively pursue and qualify new sales leads, translating client challenges into technical requirements and profitable business opportunities.
- Lead complex negotiations regarding pricing, service agreements, and long-term contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions that address specific client operational needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain Valmet's competitive edge in the Indonesian market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B technical sales or key account management, preferably within the pulp, paper, or industrial energy sectors.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery or technical automation solutions.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex sales pipelines and forecasting.
