Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience demographics
- Identify, recruit, and onboard key influencers and beauty content creators across multiple platforms
- Manage end-to-end campaign coordination including content briefs, deliverables, and performance tracking
- Nurture long-term partnerships with top-tier beauty influencers through regular engagement and relationship management
- Analyze campaign ROI and provide data-driven insights to optimize future influencer collaborations
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, creative, and sales teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing with skincare/beauty industry focus
- Proven track record of managing beauty influencer campaigns with measurable results
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in campaign performance metrics
- Deep understanding of Indonesian beauty market trends and consumer behavior
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media analytics platforms
- Fluency in Indonesian and English; other languages are advantageous
