Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage affiliate partnerships with KOLs on TikTok and Shopee platforms
- Create data-driven KOL campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Negotiate contracts and terms with influencers and affiliate partners
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to integrate KOL initiatives with broader campaigns
- Identify and onboard new high-potential KOLs for brand collaborations
- Stay updated on social media and e-commerce trends to innovate strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing or affiliate partnerships
- Proven track record of managing TikTok and Shopee affiliate campaigns
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and performance metrics
- Creative mindset with ability to develop engaging content strategies
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-functional collaboration
