- Identify and research potential KOLs across various social media platforms and industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs through regular communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate and manage KOL campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with KOLs to ensure mutual benefits and brand alignment.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future KOL partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate KOL strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in KOL or influencer marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
