Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive, age-appropriate lesson plans that meet curriculum objectives.
- Foster a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Monitor and assess individual student progress, providing regular updates and constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Incorporate creative activities such as storytelling, arts and crafts, and music to enhance the learning experience.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to organize school events and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of all students at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and developmental milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting is preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage.
- Deep understanding of early childhood development stages and educational philosophies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
- High level of patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work full-time in Puchong, Selangor.
- Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks and progress reporting.
