Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on language skills, storytelling, and interactive activities
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
- Conduct creative teaching sessions including reading, writing, and role-playing exercises
- Assess and monitor children's progress through observation and developmental milestones
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Organize educational events and parent-teacher communications
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive learning space
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience teaching preschool/kindergarten age children preferred
- Strong storytelling, reading, and creative writing abilities
- Certification in early childhood education or equivalent teaching qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for child development
- Ability to design engaging, play-based learning activities
- Knowledge of child psychology and educational best practices
