Tanggung Jawab
- Perform expert diagnosis and troubleshooting of malfunctions in various electrical and gas commercial kitchen appliances.
- Execute timely and effective repairs, including the replacement of faulty components and parts.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks and servicing to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
- Install new commercial kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Provide clear, professional technical advice and support to clients on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies, particularly concerning gas and electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records, inventory of spare parts, and prepare necessary reports.
- Respond promptly to service calls, managing time efficiently to meet customer expectations and service level agreements.
Kualifikasi
- NTC/ITE certification or Diploma in Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in the repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen electrical and gas appliances.
- Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to electrical circuits, control systems, and gas lines.
- Possession of relevant gas service licenses or certifications (e.g., Singapore Gas Service Worker license) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams accurately.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices, especially when working with gas and high-voltage electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a methodical and analytical approach to troubleshooting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients and team members.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license in Singapore is preferred, with a clean driving record.
