TBC BAKING SUPPLIES Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Kitchen Equipment Service Technician Intern to join our technical team in Kuching. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical, industry-specific experience working with high-end commercial kitchen systems.
As an intern, you will work alongside seasoned professionals to manage the full lifecycle of commercial kitchen appliances, from initial installation to preventative maintenance and complex repairs. You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' operations run smoothly, gaining exposure to electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the installation of commercial kitchen equipment for bakeries and restaurants.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Carry out on-site repairs and replace faulty components as necessary.
- Maintain accurate service records and maintenance logs for all equipment handled.
- Provide technical support and operational guidance to clients regarding equipment usage.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards and company protocols during all site visits.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technical hardware.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Must possess a valid motorcycle or driving license (Class D/B2) for travel to client sites.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in various kitchen environments.
