Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair various kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and other commercial appliances
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform troubleshooting to identify root causes
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Order replacement parts and manage inventory of essential components
- Provide technical support and training to kitchen staff on proper equipment usage
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of equipment installations
- Stay updated on the latest kitchen technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance and repair
- Technical certification in appliance repair or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and systems
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
