Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor energy projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for energy projects
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, plans, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Manage project resources efficiently to optimize cost and time
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector
- Strong technical knowledge of energy systems and technologies
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
