Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake various breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor baking processes and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and baking area
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of baking ingredients and supplies
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely production
- Assist in developing new recipes and improving existing products
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in baking or food preparation is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in product quality
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and timing
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle baking equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
- Food handling and safety certification is a plus
