Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for Key Live Sessions, including technical setup, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors during live sessions
- Implement real-time troubleshooting protocols to resolve technical issues and maintain session continuity
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for session workflows, checklists, and post-event reports
- Monitor session performance analytics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align session objectives with campaign goals
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure contractual compliance for live production services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in live event production, digital marketing, or session coordination
- Proficiency in live streaming platforms (e.g., Zoom, StreamYard, Vimeo) and production tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure with creative solutions mindset
