Join our dynamic marketing team as a KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) & Affiliate Manager, where you'll drive brand growth through strategic influencer partnerships and affiliate campaigns. You'll be responsible for building and nurturing a database of high-impact Key Opinion Consumers, executing end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions, and fostering vibrant brand communities. This role requires hands-on management of User-Generated Content (UGC) from KOCs, ensuring authentic brand representation across platforms. Additionally, you'll coordinate with event and store teams to implement seamless O2O (Online-to-Offline) activations that bridge digital and physical consumer experiences. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive KOC database through strategic selection and relationship management
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel affiliate campaigns aligned with brand objectives
- Foster active brand communities through engagement initiatives and content strategy
- Curate, moderate, and amplify UGC from KOCs to enhance brand authenticity
- Coordinate O2O activations by liaising with event and retail teams for integrated campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in KOC/influencer management or affiliate marketing
- Proven track record of building and managing influencer partnerships
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with UGC management and community engagement strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in analytics tools for campaign performance tracking
