We are seeking a strategic and creative KOL Affiliate to join PT OTWOO Cosmetic Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth specifically within the dynamic Malaysian market. You will act as the brand's voice, leveraging strategic influencer partnerships to connect with the local audience effectively.
Your primary focus will be identifying high-potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), managing affiliate relationships, and executing campaigns that resonate with Malaysian consumers. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure our brand message is amplified across social media platforms while maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) for every campaign.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to boost brand visibility in the Malaysian market.
- Identify, vet, and negotiate partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and content creators in the beauty and cosmetics niche.
- Manage affiliate tracking links, monitor campaign performance, and analyze data to optimize conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure all KOL content aligns with brand guidelines and creative standards.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and popular influencers within the target demographic.
- Build and maintain a robust network of affiliate partners to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian market, social media landscape, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance.
- Passion for the beauty, cosmetic, and lifestyle industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for high-quality content.
