- Identify and recruit suitable KOLs/influencers across relevant niches
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
- Negotiate partnership terms and commission structures with influencers
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using analytics tools
- Create compelling briefs and content guidelines for KOL collaborations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry influencers
- Track affiliate ROI and prepare monthly performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business field
- Minimum 2 years experience in affiliate or influencer marketing
- Proven track record of negotiating KOL partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign tracking tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian digital media landscape and trending platforms
- Ability to create engaging content briefs and guidelines
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
