Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute KOL partnership strategies to enhance brand visibility
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate networks across digital platforms
- Design performance-based commission structures for affiliates
- Monitor campaign analytics and optimize conversion rates
- Coordinate with content teams to align KOL collaboration deliverables
- Conduct market research to identify emerging KOL trends
- Ensure compliance with marketing regulations and brand guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business field
- 1+ years of experience in KOL or affiliate marketing
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Understanding of Indonesian social media landscape
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
