Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end KOL campaigns aligned with brand objectives and target audience demographics
- Identify, vet, and onboard high-potential influencers across relevant niches and platforms
- Coordinate creative briefs, content calendars, and deliverables with creator partners
- Monitor campaign performance through KPIs like engagement rates, conversions, and ROI
- Build and maintain a robust network of affiliate partners for long-term collaborations
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine influencer strategies
- Prepare comprehensive campaign reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in KOL/influencer marketing or affiliate program management
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts with influencers and managing deliverables
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics and tracking tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English for cross-cultural campaign coordination
- Creative mindset with ability to identify emerging influencers and platform trends
