You'll be responsible for briefing Key Opinion Leaders on proper therapeutic product usage while strategically expanding our affiliate partnerships across major platforms like Shopee and TikTok. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute KOL briefing strategies for therapeutic product usage guidelines
- Manage and optimize affiliate programs across Shopee, TikTok, and other e-commerce platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and affiliate partners
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare ROI analysis reports
- Create compelling content briefings aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Track affiliate sales conversions and optimize program performance
- Research emerging trends in influencer marketing and affiliate program development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in KOL/influencer marketing management
- Proven track record developing affiliate programs on e-commerce platforms
- Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and performance tracking
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Creative mindset with ability to develop engaging content strategies
