Are you passionate about marketing and connecting with influencers in the baby product industry? Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a talented KOL & Affiliate Specialist to join our team and help grow our baby brand's presence in the market.
As a KOL & Affiliate Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to collaborate with key opinion leaders and affiliates who align with our brand values. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to create compelling campaigns that reach new audiences and drive sales.
This role is perfect for someone who is well-connected in the parenting and baby product community and has a knack for identifying potential partnerships that can benefit both parties. If you're creative, results-driven, and love working with influencers, we'd love to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and establish relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers in the baby product industry
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales
- Create compelling proposals and negotiate partnership agreements with KOLs and affiliates
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies
- Coordinate with marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all partnerships
- Manage affiliate relationships, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL marketing or affiliate management
- Strong network of contacts in the parenting and baby product industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
