Your primary mission will be to design, execute, and meticulously optimize cutting-edge affiliate campaigns, leveraging the full potential and unique features of TikTok's engaging content and Shopee's robust e-commerce ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard a diverse portfolio of high-performing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliates across TikTok and Shopee platforms, specifically targeting the Indonesian market.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive sales growth for Korean skincare products.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, manage contracts, and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and affiliate partners.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all affiliate campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging and promotional efforts.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media algorithms (especially TikTok), and e-commerce best practices on platforms like Shopee.
  • Manage affiliate budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Develop creative briefs and work with KOLs to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content creation that drives engagement and conversions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or social media management, with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing campaigns on TikTok and/or Shopee, understanding platform mechanics and audience engagement strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building and maintaining successful partner relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding and passion for the beauty and skincare industry, particularly Korean beauty trends.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) is highly preferred to effectively communicate with local KOLs and internal teams.
