In this role, you will be the creative architect behind our influencer-led campaigns, bridging the gap between brand objectives and authentic creator content.

You won't just be managing lists; you will be crafting the narrative. You will be responsible for conceptualizing campaign themes, developing high-impact content briefs, and writing compelling scripts that empower Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to showcase our products in their unique voices. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for influencer marketing campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create detailed creative briefs and high-conversion scripts tailored to the individual brand voice of each influencer.
  • Identify and vet potential KOLs/influencers who align with the company’s target audience and brand values.
  • Manage the end-to-end content production process, ensuring deliverables meet brand quality and campaign timelines.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, engagement rates, reach) to optimize future content strategies.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with KOLs and agencies to ensure long-term collaboration success.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and platform algorithm updates to keep our content strategy fresh and competitive.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, content strategy, or social media management.
  • Proven ability to write engaging, platform-specific copy and scripts.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing ecosystems and current social media trends in the Philippine market.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain a professional rapport with external talent.
  • Portfolio showcasing past influencer campaigns or creative content projects is a plus.
