Are you a trends enthusiast who lives and breathes social media? JINISO, one of Indonesia's most prominent e-commerce fashion brands, is looking for a creative and dynamic KOL & Creator Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Pagedangan, Banten.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), micro-influencers, and content creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Collaborate directly with the Founder and Co-Founder to align influencer strategies with overall brand vision and upcoming product launches.
- Develop creative campaign briefs that inspire creators while maintaining JINISO's unique brand voice and positioning.
- Negotiate endorsement contracts, manage partnership budgets, and ensure all deliverables are executed on schedule.
- Track, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics (ROI, reach, engagement, and conversion rates) to optimize future initiatives.
- Monitor competitive landscapes, industry trends, and viral social media patterns to pitch innovative collaboration concepts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or social media partnerships, ideally within fashion or e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian social media landscape, particularly TikTok Shop, TikTok trends, and Instagram Reels.
- Strong existing network of lifestyle, fashion, and beauty content creators.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure campaign efficacy and make strategic adjustments.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple creator campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
