Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage with key opinion leaders and influencers relevant to our brand and target audience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure long-term partnerships
- Create and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives
- Coordinate and manage influencer campaigns, from initial outreach to campaign execution
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns and provide regular reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers to ensure mutual benefits
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or KOL engagement, preferably in the e-commerce industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
- Ability to identify and evaluate potential influencers based on brand alignment and audience demographics
- Good negotiation skills with experience in contract and agreement management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track campaign performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
