- Develop and implement KOL/KOC strategies aligned with brand objectives and performance KPIs
- Identify, vet, and build relationships with relevant influencers across digital platforms
- Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns with measurable ROI
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data insights, and optimize strategies
- Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and partnership deliverables
- Track industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategy evolution
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for campaign alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or KOL management
- Proven track record of developing successful influencer campaigns
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with industry stakeholders
- Expertise in social media platforms and digital analytics tools
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategic decisions
