HEBE BEAUTY, a fast-growing player in the beauty industry, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven KOL Management Specialist to join our marketing team in Petaling Jaya. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and the most influential voices in the beauty space, driving awareness and engagement through strategic partnerships.
You will be responsible for scouting top-tier talent, managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI. If you are creative, highly organized, and passionate about the beauty landscape in Malaysia, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and onboard beauty influencers and KOLs across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and deliverables with influencers while maintaining budget efficiency.
- Oversee end-to-end content production, providing briefs and ensuring alignment with brand voice.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to optimize future strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to establish a reliable network of brand ambassadors.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or agency-side PR.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian influencer landscape and beauty industry trends.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetic content and viral marketing potential.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
