Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end KOL and influencer marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Identify, vet, and onboard global influencers across diverse platforms and regions
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creatives, digital specialists, and analytics
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
- Nurture long-term relationships with influencers and agency partners
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and campaign regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or project management
- Proven track record managing global KOL campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with influencers and clients
- Expertise in campaign analytics tools and performance measurement
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual capabilities preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
