Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL/influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and content creators
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and performance analytics
- Manage community engagement and respond to user inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all campaigns
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs and ROI
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in KOL/influencer marketing and social media management
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns in Indonesian market
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
- Creative mindset with ability to develop innovative content concepts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
