- Identify, research, and vet potential KOLs and influencers across various social media platforms.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Coordinate content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of posts and stories.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with influencers to ensure brand alignment.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform algorithm changes.
- Assist in the creation of creative briefs to guide influencer content creation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or influencer management.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine social media landscape and KOL ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail in visual content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
