Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with relevant KOLs and influencers across social media platforms
- Develop and execute end-to-end KOL marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and product promotions
- Coordinate content creation including product photography, videos, and promotional materials for KOL collaborations
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Manage KOL contracts, negotiations, and campaign budgets efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign integration
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to innovate KOL strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in KOL marketing, influencer campaigns, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of managing influencer partnerships and measurable campaign results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to build strong professional relationships
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics tools
- Creativity in developing engaging content strategies and visual storytelling
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; proficiency in digital marketing tools
