Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across social media platforms relevant to target demographics
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
- Manage end-to-end influencer relationships including contract negotiations and performance tracking
- Create compelling content briefs that maintain brand voice while allowing KOL creative freedom
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights
- Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to maintain competitive advantage
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing or digital campaign management
- Proven track record of successful influencer partnerships across multiple platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and ROI metrics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with cross-cultural awareness
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and marketing automation platforms
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
- Portfolio demonstrating past KOL campaign successes
