Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across social media platforms relevant to target demographics
  • Develop and execute comprehensive KOL marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives
  • Manage end-to-end influencer relationships including contract negotiations and performance tracking
  • Create compelling content briefs that maintain brand voice while allowing KOL creative freedom
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to maintain competitive advantage
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive campaign implementation

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing or digital campaign management
  • Proven track record of successful influencer partnerships across multiple platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and ROI metrics
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with cross-cultural awareness

  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
