Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, research, and evaluate potential KOLs and influencers based on campaign objectives and target audience demographics
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with client brand guidelines and marketing goals
- Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and compensation packages with KOLs and influencers
- Coordinate campaign logistics, including content creation, scheduling, and promotional activities
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI, providing detailed reports and insights to clients
- Build and maintain a robust network of KOLs and industry contacts
- Stay updated on current trends in social media, influencer marketing, and digital advertising
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing or digital marketing
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns with measurable results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing landscape
- Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and social media management platforms
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
