Cimory Group is looking for a passionate and strategic KOL Specialist to lead our influencer marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that connect our brand with the digital generation. You will leverage your expertise in identifying top-tier Key Opinion Leaders and managing end-to-end campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. As a KOL Specialist, you will act as the bridge between our brand and the online community, ensuring that every collaboration aligns with Cimory's core values of freshness and quality. You will have the autonomy to explore new platforms, analyze market trends, and optimize our outreach strategies to ensure maximum return on investment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with company brand objectives.
- Identify, vet, and negotiate contracts with relevant KOLs and influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from initial briefing and content approval to final delivery and reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance data using key metrics to provide actionable insights and optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the creative and product teams to ensure content authenticity and brand alignment.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and platform algorithm changes to keep Cimory's content strategy fresh and relevant.
- Maintain strong relationships with the influencer community to secure long-term partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, digital PR, or social media management.
- Strong network of existing contacts within the Indonesian influencer and creator community.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Blade) and social media management platforms.
- High creativity, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail in content quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
