In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand voice and expanding our reach by managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across digital platforms.
You will work closely with internal creative teams to design and execute influencer campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This position requires a mix of creativity, data analysis, and strong networking skills to ensure our marketing initiatives are both engaging and effective. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL strategies aligned with company marketing goals and brand identity.
- Identify, vet, and onboard high-quality Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) from various niches within the healthcare and lifestyle sectors.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing KOL partners to ensure collaboration success.
- Oversee the content creation process, providing clear briefs to KOLs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, reach) and provide actionable insights for future optimizations.
- Coordinate with PR, content, and product teams to synchronize influencer activities with broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in influencer marketing and the healthcare industry to keep our strategies competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong existing network within the Indonesian healthcare, lifestyle, or beauty industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive content briefs for KOLs.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- High level of creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
