Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute KOL recruitment strategies aligned with brand positioning
- Manage end-to-end affiliate program including onboarding, training, and performance tracking
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with relevant influencers across beauty/lifestyle niches
- Design compelling campaign briefs and content guidelines for KOL collaborations
- Analyze campaign ROI and optimize affiliate commission structures
- Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends in influencer marketing
- Coordinate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency in all activations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in KOL or affiliate marketing
- Proven track record of managing beauty/industry influencer campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate)
- Fluent in Indonesian and English with exceptional communication skills
