- Identify and recruit suitable Key Opinion Leaders across social media platforms
- Develop data-driven influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution from concept to performance analysis
- Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with influencer partners
- Monitor campaign KPIs and optimize strategies based on performance metrics
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop authentic campaign content
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing
- Proven track record of successful campaign management
- Strong network of contacts in Indonesian influencer ecosystem
- Expertise in social media analytics and performance tracking
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
