Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive KOL marketing strategies aligned with FMCG brand objectives
- Identify, recruit, and build relationships with relevant influencers across social media platforms
- Coordinate content creation and campaign execution with KOL partners to ensure brand consistency
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI and demonstrate value to stakeholders
- Manage e-commerce operations, including online store management and digital sales channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing and offline store operations
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and e-commerce
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, KOL effectiveness, and e-commerce metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in KOL/influencer marketing, preferably in FMCG industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building KOL partnerships
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize strategies based on performance metrics
- Experience with content creation and social media management
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and reporting software
