Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end service advisor processes from vehicle intake to delivery
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized communication
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and service documentation
- Coordinate with technical team to ensure timely service completion
- Upsell maintenance packages and value-added services
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain detailed service history records in digital systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in automotive service advisor role
- Proven track record in customer relationship management
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
- Strong negotiation and upselling abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in service management software (e.g., DealerTrack)
- Valid SIM with clean driving record
- Professional appearance and communication skills
