Join Lintasarta's dynamic IT team as a Level 2 Support Specialist focusing on server infrastructure and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. This pivotal role demands expertise in managing complex virtualization environments, particularly Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization, while ensuring robust Linux server administration and comprehensive backup monitoring protocols. You'll be instrumental in optimizing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams to maintain seamless digital operations for enterprise clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and optimize Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization environments
- Perform Linux server configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning
- Implement and monitor backup solutions for critical data infrastructure
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
- Provide Level 2 technical support for server and cloud-based applications
- Document IT processes, configurations, and incident resolution procedures
- Collaborate with security teams on system hardening and compliance initiatives
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in server administration and IT support roles
- Red Hat OpenShift or equivalent virtualization platform certification
- Expert-level knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL/CentOS)
- Microsoft 365 administration certification (MS-100/MS-101 preferred)
- Experience with backup/recovery solutions (Veeam, Bacula, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash) for automation tasks
