Join Kerry Group, a global leader in taste and nutrition, as a Lab Technician for a 6-month contract in Johor Bahru. We are seeking a meticulous and science-driven individual to support our Quality Assurance and R&D operations.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our products meet the highest international standards of safety and quality. You will conduct essential laboratory tests, maintain accurate data records, and ensure compliance with strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This is an excellent opportunity for a science professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine chemical, microbiological, and physical testing on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all laboratory data and test results.
- Assist in the calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards within the lab.
- Prepare and label samples according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with the QA team to troubleshoot quality deviations or anomalies.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or a related scientific field.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques, analytical methods, and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using standard laboratory software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
